ROP, Your Road Safety Experts

I post the following with great thanks to the sharp eyes and brilliant wit of Muscati. Have a look at the road safety advertisement below, and tell me if you notice anything wrong with it.

Did you spot it yet?

No? Take a look at the kid's seat belt.

See it?

Yeah, it's been photo-shopped on. The wrong way. Nice... Oman's Road Safety education has a long way to go.

When I saw muscati tweet this earlier, water actually came out of my nose!

Hilarious!

Oh, damn. Now I see it.

I thought it was that, unlike the real ROP, he's actually both noticing that his Dad's on the phone while driving AND doing something about it...

Some scope to suggest alternate text to replace the text in the speech bubble perhaps?

IE
"Dad used to be texting with the other hand while my 4 year old sister did the steering. So this is an improvement! "

Well to be honest, the kid doesn't look like he's more than 5-6 years old... He should be in the rear seat!!! I don't know why they haven't made that a law here. No kids above 12 to be seated in the front passenger seat!!!

Before noticing the photoshopped seat belt, I thought the kid should not be sitting in the front seat to begin with!

True, i had noticed the same; the kid should be sitting at the back. Well, not many people will spot that and hopefully more and more people will drive in a safer way. I wonder who is the mastermind behind that photoshop magic!!

Ha ha classic, thanks for sharing.

I must be a little slow off the mark because I couldn't work it out and my hubby got it in 2 seconds!

Oh my that is SAD...
So many wrong things on so many levels...however the really sad thing is that this was brought to us by the Police, i mean the police who are supposed to KNOW about child safety, i mean who are they trying to fool?!
